At Aunt Nicole’s, everything is 100% Gluten-Free because it has to be!  I was having a Celiac Crisis while I was pregnant and now my child is beyond sensitive.  A simple cross-contact can lead to seizures, injuries, and systemic infections for my child, and gluten in the environment causes blisters, even without touching it. Since I cannot have it my environment, you are not going to get it in your baked goods. I personally verify that every ingredient used in Aunt Nicole’s products is manufactured in a gluten-free environment!​

 

I always enjoyed baking, but my real adventure began when we had to go gluten-free.  I went to Celiac-focused food events and tried products at specialty stores and ate things that people said were “good for gluten-free”.  I couldn’t help but spit them out because they were disgusting!   I was constantly disappointed by the taste, texture, and fake-flavoring of the items that I was given to eat in the name of gluten-free.  So I started creating recipes for baked goods that are actually DELICIOUS!
